Our Story
Growing up in Rochester, New York, we started Surprise with a Sunrise with the belief that every vacation or family excursion should be a unique and unforgettable experience. Our family loves to come back and visit the area. We wanted to create a comfortable home experience for our guests to have to be able to enjoy what Rochester has to offer. Rochester is a great area for families to visit with a vast and unique community that offers abundant opportunities for adventure, recreation, and relaxation.

What Comes With Our Homes
We provide a range of services to enhance your stay, including entertainment for kids such as games, billiards, air hockey, and fusbal. We also supply toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and towels. The kitchen offers, Keurig coffee machine, coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper, etc. Barbecue grills are also available for your grilling needs (guest are responsible to fill the propane tank). Finally we also supply beach equipment for visiting Ontario Beach Park. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
